libraries

Governor Strickland has proposed a cut to state funding of public libraries of $227.3 million over the next two fiscal years in order to balance the state budget. I don't think I have to tell you how important libraries are and have become in the past few years. Obviously times are hard and some tough choices are gonna have to be made in terms of what gets money in Ohio and what doesn't - but we need libraries. If you agree, then I urge you to go to Save Ohio Libraries and find out what you can do to help out. But do it today, because the state budget has to be balanced by the end of the month.

Download this pin-up, post it on your blogs and websites and social network pages, print up hard copies to distribute, it's up to you.
